Event description

This short, interactive presentation covers ways to support brain health and healthy aging, presented by Midwestern Speech-language Pathology graduate students. We’ll discuss physical activity, nutrition, hearing health, memory, and daily routines, as well as ways caregivers can support communication and independence. We’ll also have a few simple take-home resources for both older adults and caregivers.

Registration is not required for this event.

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
