This free, beginner-friendly workshop—presented the local experts from GenTech Support—is designed to help users explore the fundamentals of computer and laptop devices; understanding what they're made of, how they work, and explaining some of the most common terms and features users need to know to start making the most of their technology.
After the one hour presentation, GenTech will host a Q&A period for attendees to ask questions related to the workshop's subject. Please notice that this is not a tech-support event, and attendees should not be seeking hands-on, individual assistance during this workshop.
