Let’s fill the Youth Area with color and celebration! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, kids and families can decorate a papel picado and turn it in for our community wall. Help us create a festive, beautiful display together!
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
