Event description

Many parents of children with ADHD feel like everyday life turns into constant reminders, stress, and frustration.

Simple routines like getting out the door, starting homework, cleaning up, or transitioning between tasks can quickly become overwhelming for both parents and kids.

This workshop explains why these struggles happen and offers practical, realistic strategies that can help immediately. Parents will learn how ADHD affects follow-through, task initiation, and daily routines—and why common approaches like repeated reminders or increased consequences often backfire.

Participants will leave with a better understanding of what’s actually happening beneath the chaos, along with simple changes they can try at home right away.

This program is designed for parents and caregivers of children and teens with ADHD or executive functioning challenges.

Brittney Walker is the owner of Attention Families ADHD coaching, a writer, and parent who helps families better understand executive functioning challenges and create more realistic, supportive approaches to daily life with ADHD. For more information, visit: www.facebook.com/attentionfamilies.

Please arrive on time for registered programs. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your space may be given to another and you may be denied entrance to the program.
