Experience the taste of the Islands. This cooking lecture class will features a wide variety of flavors, combining spices, tropical fruits, root vegetables, rice, beans and various proteins, including pork, chicken, goat and seafood. The cuisine is characterized by its boldness, simplicity and creative uses of available ingredients.
A $10 supply fee collected at class.
This is a lecture-only class, where the instructor will be using supplies to demonstrate to the whole class. Participants will not be cooking.
