For Ages 10-18. Registration required. Create a one-of-a-kind candle using melted colored wax from tea light candles! Experiment with colors, patterns, and designs as you transform a plain candle into a colorful work of art to take home. All materials will be provided.
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
