Event description
Experience stories in two ways! Read the book, watch the movie or TV adaptation—or enjoy both—and join us to compare, discuss, and decide which version you liked best.
For November, we'll discuss The Housemaid by Freida McFadden, a gripping psychological thriller about a troubled young woman who accepts a live-in job with a wealthy family, only to discover that the secrets hidden behind closed doors are far more dangerous than she imagined. The film adaptation, directed by Paul Feig and starring Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried, brings the bestselling novel to life in a twist-filled thriller where nothing is as it seems. Read the book, watch the movie, or experience both, then share your thoughts in the discussion.
