Event description

Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with the electrifying sounds of Arizona’s own The Sugar Thieves. Blending sultry blues, gritty roots music, and a powerhouse Delta sound, this dynamic band channels the spirit of early American music traditions. Their performance evokes the raw energy and storytelling that helped shape the nation’s musical identity—from front porches and juke joints to modern stages. Join us for a journey back to the origins of American sound as The Sugar Thieves bring history to life with rhythm, soul, and unmistakable Southwestern style.

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.

This event is funded by a City of Glendale Performing Arts Grant.
