Event description
In our busy, fast-moving, technology filled world where most of us live now we often never think of our roots, our beginnings, or how our ancestors lived. We are all a part of Nature whether you spend a lot of time outdoors or you quickly go from building to car to building. Most of us have lost our connection to the natural world and we suffer because of that. Discover and learn about the science and healing powers and rejuvenative comfort of Forest Bathing in this informative, hands-on introduction, and meditation, to Shinrin Yoku.
Registration is required. This program is for ages 18 and older.
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
Please arrive on time for registered programs. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your space may be given to another and you may be denied entrance to the program.
