Event description
This event will introduce participants to the most famous American woman poet of all time—Emily Dickinson! Poetic activities for all ages will include pop-up talks about the poet, as well as interactive stations for cut-up poetry, black-out poetry, zine-making, button-making, and a poetry pharmacy!
Registration is not required.
The NEA Big Read is a grant-funded program brought to Arizona in partnership with Arizona Humanities, Arts Midwest, and The National Endowment for the Arts.
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
