Event description
Tweens can explore the rich traditions of the Wixáritari people of Mexico in this hands-on program. Participants will learn about the vibrant yarn art the Wixáritari are known for and create their own inspired piece to take home. This program is designed for ages 9-11, though those younger may participate with assistance from an adult.
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
